Ridgeline AI Founding Partner Terms

Effective upon trial activation at ridgelineailabs.com/activate.html ("Activation").

The Services. Ridgeline AI provides an AI-powered chat assistant for your practice's website that answers visitor questions, captures inquiries, and collects contact information for follow-up (the "Services"). The assistant is configured from publicly available information about your practice and improves during onboarding. You are responsible for reviewing the assistant's configuration and notifying Ridgeline AI of corrections.

Free Trial. Your trial begins at Activation and lasts 30 calendar days. No payment method is collected at Activation and nothing is billed during the trial. You may deactivate at any time during the trial by removing the installation script or emailing todd@ridgelineailabs.com, with no obligation.

After the Trial. To continue the Services, enroll in a paid subscription before the trial ends using the payment link provided by Ridgeline AI. If you enroll during the trial period, your rate is the Founding Partner Rate of $199 per month, locked for the lifetime of your account, with the standard $500 setup fee waived. If no subscription is active by day 31, the Services pause automatically: the assistant stops responding and the widget hides itself on your site. Nothing is billed for a paused account, and you may enroll later at the then-current standard rate ($399 per month) unless a Founding Partner slot is expressly extended to you.

Billing. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Square to the payment method you provide at enrollment. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice; email suffices. No long-term commitment. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Founding Partner Testimonial. In consideration of the waived setup fee and locked Founding Partner Rate, you agree to provide one video or written testimonial after a successful trial, which Ridgeline AI may use in its marketing with your practice's name unless you request anonymity in writing.

Your Responsibilities. You confirm you are authorized to add the installation script to your practice's website. You will not use the Services for unlawful purposes and will promptly report any assistant response you believe is inaccurate.

Inquiries and Data. Conversations between your site's visitors and the assistant, and contact details visitors submit, are captured and delivered to you. As between you and Ridgeline AI, this inquiry data belongs to your practice. Ridgeline AI processes it only to provide the Services, retains it for service delivery and record-keeping, and does not sell it or use it to market to your clients. The Services are a website chat assistant for general inquiries and scheduling requests; they are not a medical record system, and practices should direct clinical communications through their existing channels.

No Guarantee of Results. Ridgeline AI will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide a functional and effective assistant. AI-generated responses may occasionally be imperfect. Ridgeline AI does not guarantee specific lead volumes, bookings, or revenue outcomes.

Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ridgeline AI's total liability arising from the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to Ridgeline AI in the three months preceding the claim, and Ridgeline AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

General. These terms are governed by Arkansas law. Ridgeline AI may update these terms for future trial activations; the terms in effect at your Activation govern your trial. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stands.
